Our FSSA Historian Emeritus and past Capital District Governor, Debbie Cycotte, passed away on 1/10/2025. Debbie was dedicated to Flying Scot sailing for many years and worked tirelessly to have Sandy Douglass entered into the Sailing Hall of Fame. She will be missed.
