Thirteen boats from 3 Districts came to Candlewood Yacht Club to enjoy some great friends, some fun, some food, oh yes, and some racing. There were 4 boats from Saratoga Lake Sailing Club in the New York Lakes District, 3 boats from my club, Massapoag Yacht Club in the New England District, 2 boats from Sprite Island Yacht Club in the Greater New York District and 4 boats from the host club Candlewood, also in the Greater New York District. Flying Scot ACC's -
Another successful Flying Scot ACC's are in the books. Thirty boats participated in two divisions at Fishing Bay Yacht Club this past weekend. The competition was fierce as the results from Saturday were completely changed on Sunday that showed the talent in this highly competitive fleet. The Championship Division had 26 teams competing and the Challengers had 4 teams. There was lots of activity in the Flying Scots class this weekend - the ACC at Fishing Bay Yacht Club in VA, the Glow in the Dark Regatta/Midwest Districts at Clinton Lake Sailing Association in IL, and the Scot-A-Hoochee/Dixie Lakes Districts at Lake Lanier Sailing Club in GA. I am waiting for some write-ups and some pictures, Meanwhile, the results ofall thre regattas are under regatta results.

Corinthian Sailing Club in Dallas, TX, hosted a terrific makeup Women and Juniors NAC, with 2 great weather days, shifting conditions, great race management, and great Texas hospitality. By 11AM on Saturday, the boats were all rigged, skippers meetings were done and racing was on! There were two races on Saturday morning and one in the afternoon, then here were 2 more races on Sunday. With the 10 women's teams and 6 Junior teams...
