Fishing Bay Yacht Club in Deltaville, VA, held its 77th Annual One-Design Regatta with 100+ boats from several one-design classes, plus a handicap division.  Debbie Cycotte shared this from the Flying Scot Class:   We had twenty-three Flying Scots racing with some very close competition.  Four races were sailed on Saturday in winds of 8 - 15 knots.  We managed to get one race completed on Sunday that started with 11 knots but was dying as the day progressed.  ... Potomac River Sailing Association (PRSA) Spring Regatta (May 28-29) by David Beckett Flying Scot Fleet 203 (FS Capital District) and the Sailing Club of Washington (SCOW) participated in the PRSA Spring Regatta over Memorial Day Weekend.  Six classes of one design boats, each with their own start sequence, raced on two courses.  Overall, 47 boats and nearly 100 sailors competed.  Lightnings, Albacores, Buccaneers, and Flying Scots competed on the upper Potomac River Course...   Saturday night was a wonderful chicken dinner prepared by the Commodore and crew.  Lots of stories were traded and lots of fun!  We followed that up with a raffle  that masqueraded as a baby shower for the Flying Scot Royalty, Carrie and Tyler Andrews!   Day 1 of the 2016 Wife Husband Championships at Fishing Bay Yacht Club, Deltaville, VA, is in the books.  Amongst the 23 Championship and 9 Challenger boats is the beauty pictured above, MandM sail #6099.  This Taylor-made boat was delivered to the regatta by Flying Scot, Inc., just in time for Mark and Michele to put it together and put it in the water.  They wore shirts that matched their spinnaker and look just great out there!
