Fishing Bay Yacht Club in Deltaville, VA, held their 78th Annual One Design Regatta the weekend of 8/12-8/13/2017, with 20 boats entered in the Flying Scot division.  Here are some photos of the Flying Scot winners from the event with a little explation from Julie Ann Walsh:

Hawkworth Trophy winner Rob Whittemore	"Lemonade" winners" Perry Guy and Jeanne Hamilton

The overall winner of the Hawksworth Trophy was Robert Whittemore. This trophy recognizes the class winner who has been most competitive as measured both by the degree to which he/she has consistently been at the top of his/her class and the number of boats against which he/she has competed.

Perry Guy and Jeanne Hamilton were recognized for making lemons into lemonade and staying "sunny" with abottle of our sponsor Chesapeake Bay Distillery's lemon vodka for taking out a club Flying Scott and racing against many finely tuned private boats, and having a great time!
