12:15-1:15pm Return for Lunch / Discussions with Zeke and Jeff
1:30-3:00pm Sailing – Practice Starts / Races
3:30-4:00pm Boat Pack Up with Zeke and Jeff available for debrief
5:30pm Sunset Welcome Party at the Helmicks’ Lake House

Zeke‘s sailing resume includes two World Championships titles – J/22 and Viper Classes. He also holds eight North American / National championship titles in various classes and disciplines.
