1975 Flying Scot #2764
A well loved 19' Flying Scot sailboat is looking for a new home. Hull #2764, made in 1975. This is an old boat but is in excellent condition for her age. The hull is solid with no known soft spots. The boat is in working order and ready to sail! Trailer is big and heavy for the boat but is in decent shape. Just replaced the axle, hubs and leaf Springs, the tires are a few years old. Recent upgrades to the boat include new jib sheet block mounts, new centerboard cap and mast step key. The boat has several modern upgrades like a tiller tender, cam cleat for centerboard up line, and storage cubbies. The sails are old but functional. At least one set (main and jib) but I believe there is a second set. The boat is not rigged for spin. Bottom is painted but hasn't been painted in years. The boat spent the last year and a half shrink wrapped but before then it was sailed and maintained every summer for the past 15+ years. No paperwork for boat or trailer. Price if for boat and trailer. Asking $4500. Also features custom innovative cupholder system, believed to the the first of its kind.
