Sandy Bay Yacht Club
Founded in 1885, SBYC is located in the scenic and historic coastal town of Rockport, Massachusetts
As an active sailing club, SBYC has numerous one-design and cruising sailboats racing in regular Wednesday evening and weekend races, as well as annual Club regattas and frequent club sponsored District and National Regattas. An active social program complements these events.
Our sailing program provides basic through advanced training for both juniors and adults. Its purpose is to give our students a broad exposure to the sport of sailing, develop safe, independent sailors, offer exposure to racing, and to instill a love of the sport of sailing.
After a long year of demolitions, construction and planning the beloved Studio Restaurant is open once again. Begining this May, The Studio Restaurant will be filling the air with music, serving delicious tapas & seafood, mixing up cocktails, shucking oysters, and even rolling sushi. Steeped in history, The Studio Restaurant & Bar is located on historic Rocky Neck in one of America's oldest active art colonies. Our unique location off of Gloucester's inner harbor is the famous Smith Cove, which has been drawing some of the best American painters for over 100 years. With 260 feet of deep water dock slips we highly recommend arriving by boat or water shuttle. The water shuttle has pickup and drop off at our dock and many other points of interest in Gloucester's downtown. You can purchase water shuttle tickets and get a tour of Gloucester Harbor online at Cape Ann Harbor Tours.

Cape Ann Camp Site is located 30 miles northeast of Boston in the historic city of Gloucester. Established in 1949, Cape Ann Camp Site is a family owned and operated business built on the knowledge that the vacation is only as good as its destination — and you really can’t get any better than this small fishing village on the coast of Massachusetts.
Gloucester, the jewel of Cape Ann, is both America’s Fishing Port and the Whale Watch Capital of the World. Avid historians and weary vacationers are equally charmed by its antiquity and its beauty. If sun-bathing on one of our many white-sand beaches wears you out, visit beautiful Rockport for a day of shopping or take a boat trip around the harbor. If you have a few days, hunt for buried treasures in the local antique shops or take the kids to Salem for a good old-fashioned witch trial. Gloucester offers a number of fun and educational attractions and Cape Ann Camp Site is in the center of it all.
Unlike many campgrounds in business today, Cape Ann Camp Site was established around nature, not over it. Therefore, each of its 200 sites are unique. Whether you have an RV and would like a full hookup site with a water view or you have a simple tent and love the shade, Cape Ann Camp Site has a spot for you and your family. Every site comes with a ready-made fireplace and picnic table. We also have six toilet and shower buildings, and a small campsite store stocked with ice and wood. We now also offer a centrally located Wi-Fi signal and Wi-Fi on big rig spots for Internet connectivity.
