DAY 4 - We went out in what looked like no wind as we left the dock and wondered if we would be sitting out there for a while. NAC Registration and Measurment began on 7/13 at Lake Norman Yacht Club in Mooresville, NC, and continues on 7/14. We have 70+ boats registered - is yours one of them? The Women's NAC and Junior' NAC take place on 7/14, followed by the welcome party and awards for the winners.. The Flying Scot Foundation has generously awarded a grant to North Carolina Community Sailing and Rowing (NCCSR) to purchase used sails for our 12 Flying Scots. NCCSR is located on Lake Norman not far from LNYC host of 2013 NAC. NCCSR will pay $200 for each retired racing set of main and jib brought to the NAC. We will have a table set up at LNYC.
