The FSSA Amendments Committee has been working on changes to the Bylaws and Constitution to clarify, correct and update our Class Rules. This team has worked hard to ensure our rules are in line with how we operate and are clear for our members to read and understand. We were very sad to hear of the passing of (GE) Jerry Hartman, long time Flying Scot sailor snd champion, and husband of former Scots n' Water editor Lynn "Sunshine" Hartman. Jerry was instrumental in growing the Flying Scot class and made every event he attended so much more fun. He will be sorely missed.
