The Southwest District encompasses all of Texas, Arkansas, Colorado and Oklahoma.
Our active fleets in Texas are Corinthian Sailing Club in Dallas, Rush Creek Yacht Club in Heath, Lake Canyon Yacht Club in San Antonio and the Wichita Falls Club in Wichita Falls; Grande Maumelle Sailing Club in Roland, Arkansas, Colorado Sail & Yacht Club in Littleton, Colorado and Central Oklahoma Flying Scot Fleet in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Our District Governor is Robert Cummings from Fleet 23 in Dallas. The Southwest District is also home to FSSA 2nd Vice-President, Nina Cummings.

So exciting! There are 10 Women's Teams and 6 Junior Teams at the 2017 Makeup Women and Junior NAC. Read More Planning is ongoing for the Women's and Juniors Nationals 2017 Makeup Regatta at the Corinthian Sailing Club on September 16-17 in Dallas, Texas! And what a deal! For $50.00, they will find registrants a boat, a room, airport transportation, even good crew. All you need to do is get there! Weather in Sandusky prevented the Women's Nationals. Corinthian Sailing Club in Dallas is interested in hosting a make up Regatta - CSC is prepared to host the Women's Nationals on September 16-17. Loaner boats could be provided, or bring your own. If crew is a problem, you can find crew ready, willing and able from our Club. If you are interested in this Regatta, please respond at 5658cummings@gmail.com. If there is interest we will proceed with approval from FSSA. We hope you can join us!

The 2017 Southwest District Flying Scot Championships have been abandoned today and will be rescheduled later this year. I want to personally thank everyone involved with this event.
