Hi, sorry I didn’t see your reply ’til just now.  You can try to reach me during the day at ( 8 O 2 ) Two 3 6 – five eight 3 O. The best place to launch is from the northern “Float Bridge” fishing access:  it’s much less crowded than the launch on the western shore known as the “Green Dump” — for the slate pile, not because there’s loads of garbage!  Also, there’s much more lake to sail as compared to Lake Dunmore, which Peter K. at Mountain Travelers said he had mentioned.We are usually sailing on Saturdays and some week nights after work.  ‘Hope to see you out there!

I would suggest calling Harry, the FS builder. They’ve always been extremely helpful. They’ve done many, many different kinds of repairs over the years and are likely to have an answer for you.

Thanks, Claus, that’s good advice.
I was wondering whether anyone out there has added anything to their trailers specifically to make retrieval (or launching) easier — such as the guide-ons sold by marine suppliers.
