The Revision dated 2-12-2026 Major revisions to Membership Classes/Definitions, Skipper Rules, Helsman Rules, Boat Borrowing and Awards/Trophies. There are several revisions to make the language clearer, more succinct or easier to read, and there are several punctuation errors that have been corrected.
