Hi,
The track fasteners are bedded into a wood batten that is molded into the deck combing. The quick fix: remove fasteners. Irrigate with high pressure air directly into the open holes. Allow to dry for a day with holes open with the boat in the sun under cover. Several drying days is better. In my shop I use an incandescent light for a week to cook the moisture out of the wood batten.
Then place several half toothpicks (4 or 5) into holes, dipped in typical polyurethane wood finish. Then, when still wet, Reset track screws.
This method will create an expansion anchor. The catalyst for polyurethane is water. The bond becomes self-sealing. Do both tracks

Fact this: Who will be hailed first when there is a case of individual OSC with more than one boat? The order of notification by this device is subjective. Seconds count. Boat on boat position is critical at the start. Every second up wind is more than double back. The primary process of Flag and secondary report as outlined in the RRS is non bias, and fair. That is the game.
Fact two: Added complexity , and, loss of consideration of basic fair rule is a loss to the sport. This idea is a loss, twice.
Fact three: Where did this come from? Please consider: This proposal is comming from the leadership, Not from the owner / membership.
So I say: Who and what are we trying to gain? added complexity? loss of fair game?

Please review my comments carefully. It seems the other “coded link” page is generated when the the event is autolisted in Upcomming Events. And this page is moved to thetop somehow when using the upcomming events feature. And then that new page cannot be edited. I added links and files to the original page that has the event title in the link. it is the “coded link “generated by the auto calendaring feature that seems to make the path less direct. It somehow becomes a superceding page when viewing from the upcomming events link.
Please view the event listing from both; the upcomming events, and, the items as scheduled under the Capitol Districts page. there is a difference as to where the user is directed.

When I updated our regatta (adding links and our NOR for the 2013 Summer Solstice Regatta) it seems that a sub page was created. When viewing the regatta from the ‘Upcomming Event’ list displayed to the right, I am taken to an original page and then must click on the ‘Title of the Event’ to see the updated subpage. So, the updates are not seen directly. When using the short cut from the Upcomming Events Feature I am concerned that people will not find and view the subpage which has the full content.
However, when I go to the Capitol District page, the new Sub Page for the event is the direct link (?)
Is there a way to bring all the updates for the event to the original top page? Or, is there a way to set-up an auto-revise for the link in the ‘upcomming events’ calendar on the home page to link to the newly formed subpage?

DavidFSSA is already established as a non profit by definition of the tax code. A change to Article II is not necessary and is not consistent with the original intent of the FSSA Constitution. I believe that it should be written into the constitution that ‘Article II – Object’ shall be exempt from edit by any means.

The first type is an organization that fosters national or international amateur sports competition but only if none of its activities involve providing athletic facilities or equipment. The second type is aQualified amateur sports organization (discussed below). The difference is that a qualified amateur sports organization may provide athletic facilities and equipment.
Donations to either amateur athletic organization are deductible as charitable contributions on the donor’s federal income tax return. However, no deduction is allowed if there is a direct personal benefit to the donor or any other person other than the organization.”

It is in poor form to use such wording. And distracting. There is information available about the Flying Scot Foundation under the FSSA. But at this point it apears that it is upon request. The proposed change to the constitution will allow for the insertion of this already exisitng entity, The Flying Scot Foundation. The process seems reverse.
I want discussion to result. And I want intentions to be made clear and public.
Who out there has heard of the The Flying Scot Foundation?
