GREATER RICHMOND SAILING ASSOCIATION (GRSA) located just south of Richmond, Virginia will host the 2013 Capital District Championship. Notice of Race is posted at http://www.grsa.org.
GRSA is located on the Swift Creek Reservoir and is home to Fleet 155. GRSA is located within 3 hours of clubs in Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina. Come enjoy two days of great racing, fun, and festivities.
