    Does anyone know the purpose of the 2″ wide polyester webbing installed loosely under the seats?

    The blocks on my boat are glassed in. The webbing just hangs loose as if it was a hiking strap installed under the seat. It almost looks like you might want to hang life preservers off it as storage.

    You might be able to use that to hold your paddle out of the way but still have it accessable.
