The location is Washington Sailing Marina in Alexandria, VA, exactly one mile south of Reagan National Airport. Sailing Club of Washington and Flying Scot Fleet 203 skippers will participate. At least 10-12 local Scots are expected to be on the line. PRSA is home to Lightning Class Fleet 50 and does a great job on the water running races. There will be separate starts for the following one design classes: Lightnings, Flying Scots, Albacores, Scows, Multihulls.
