Flying Scot 2022 NAC at North Cape Yacht Club, La Salle, MI – Finals Day 1

Finals day 1 brought us beautiful sunshine around 80° with winds 15-20 from the WNW. Race 1 was challenging with lots of heavy gusts, several capsizes and a few teams retiring with the building wind. It was announced we would have a second race for Championship but not for Challenger. That was later revised to no second race.
