Michigan - Ontario
The Michigan Ontario district encompasses fleets in Michigan and Indiana and at one time included fleets in Canada.
In Michigan we have Crescent Sail Yacht Club in Grosse Point Farms, Crystal Lake in Crystal, Detroit Yacht Club, Gull Lake in Kalamazoo, Klinger Lake in Sturgis, and Portage Yacht Club in Pinckney. In Indiana we have Clear Lake in Fremont.
The District Governor is Larry Breskin.
Michigan-Ontario District Regatta: A Tail of Two Winds

Portage Yacht Club and Fleet 20 hosted the Michigan-Ontario Districts this year and part of the annual Michigan Hot Scot Regatta. 8 boats competed for the Fanshawe Trophy. Included in the race was our new District Governor, Steve Rajkovich.

On the weekend of September 7-8, 2013, we had the fortune to attend a super good small regatta in the middle of Michigan. We have the opportunity to travel to many nice regattas throughout the Midwest just like many of you folks do across the Flying Scot landscape.
