We bought this boat when we downsized from a Catalina 355 cruising boat and this has turned out to be a bit smaller than we need. I purchased this boat in November 2024 and spent the spring of 2025 doing full maintenance and upgrades for single-handed sailing.
Condition & Maintenance
- Hull and deck show no signs of moisture penetration (solid core).
- Mooring cleats re-bedded.
- I raked the mast and tuned the rigging using my Loos gauge to factory specifications. She sails very well.
- Very little play in centerboard.
- Rudder and tiller in good shape.
- All standing and running rigging in good condition.
Sails & Rigging
- Original main sail and jib are in excellent condition with original tell tales on jib that look like new. Probably because it also has a separate roller furling jib with complete Harken roller furling system.
2025 Single-Handed Upgrades
- Cunningham cascade led aft to new console cleat (3-line).
- 12:1 cascade vang with fuse led aft to console cleat.
- New centerboard line led aft to new Waco 360 cleat.
- Davis wind vane.
- Main sheet retractor kit.
- Jiffy reef kit.
- 6:1 external outhaul kit.
- Topping lift.
- Lazy jacks.
- Mainsail flotation (never used).
- New bow flotation bag.
- Lifting bridle (never used).
- 2:1 jib sheet kit with dynema (never installed).
Covers & Trailer
- I will include all 3 covers: boom tent that came with it, full over-boom mooring cover (new 2026), full trailering cover (new 2024).
- Trailer has 3 new tires – including spare (2025) and is in good working condition.
Optional Motor Add-On
- Not included in asking price is the barely used (almost new) E-propulsion Spirit 1.0 Eco electric outboard, battery, remote throttle and cabling. This model can stay in water while sailing and recharges battery.
- If you purchase boat, I will sell motor, battery and remote throttle for $1900 (I paid $3800 new in 2025).
