    Thankfully there was no loss of life or serious injury as a result of the microburst that slammed the CYC and the FS fleet, prayerfully the same will be true through the recovery efforts of all the lost boats and equipment.
    On behalf of myself and I am certain, other fellow Scot sailors, I offer what assistance I can from central Florida and wish all well back to their home ports.

    micro-burst tornado that hit the Marblehead, MA hard on July 11, 2006, doing
    sufficient damage to force the cancellation of the Flying Scot North
    American Championship Regatta at Corinthian Yacht Club, and causing havoc to
