Tee Nee Trailer
If I were rewiring my trailer, I would use submersible lights. I've rarely been able to launch and retrieve my boat without getting the lights wet, notwithstanding the video at the Flying Scot web site.

I have been using non-submersible LED lights from Harbor Freight for over two years and have dunked them every time with out a problem but this has been in fresh water.
